Scheduling a meeting with a single contact:
- Access your contact list: Tap the contact list icon located at the top right corner of the SelfTact app.
- Select a contact: Search or browse through your contact list to find the person you want to schedule a meeting with.
- Open contact details: Tap on the desired contact to open their details view.
- Schedule the meeting: Locate the calendar icon within the contact details. Tapping this icon will initiate the meeting scheduling process.
Scheduling a meeting with a group:
- Access your contact list: Follow step 1 from the previous section.
- Select multiple contacts: Tap on the checkboxes next to the names of each person you want to invite to the meeting. You can select multiple contacts to create a group.
- Open group options: Once you've selected all attendees, tap the "Actions" button (This might vary depending on your device) and choose "Schedule meeting" or a similar option.
Meeting Details:
- Email invite: By default, SelfTact will include the email addresses of all invitees in the meeting invite.
- Start time: The meeting will automatically be scheduled for the beginning of the next hour.
- End time: The meeting duration will be set to one hour by default, starting from the chosen start time.
Note: These functionalities apply equally to group messaging scenarios where you want to send email invites to multiple contacts. SelfTact will create a group meeting invite and populate the email addresses of all participants.
Additional Tips:
- You can customize the meeting start and end time before sending the invite.
- SelfTact allows adding an agenda or description to your meeting invite.
- You can use the search bar within your contact list to find specific contacts quickly.
