Recovering your account password requires just a few easy steps:
From www.hellowoofy.com, click on the “SIGN UP / LOGIN” link located at the top right corner. This will lead you to the login and sign up page. Locate the “Forgot password?” link at the bottom of the login page and click on it.
The next page will provide you with a box to submit your HelloWoofy associated email address. Input your email address and send it. Further instructions regarding your password recovery will be delivered to your Woofy associated email address.
If you forgot your email address, kindly submit a ticket to our support team requesting assistance in recovering it.
